We’re MorMors, a place created with real life in mind, where our customers can feel a sense of community when they sit with us, and don’t have to apologise for whatever the day has thrown at them.

MorMors was named after our beloved MorMor herself, which means Grandmother in Norwegian. She was an incredible businesswoman running her real-estate agency from this very shop in
the late 1950’s! Her philosophy was built on the importance of family - both chosen and kin, and that’s exactly the ethos we’re living by today.

We hope MorMors can be a space for you to experience family and friendship, whatever forms they take for you – all sharing in an appreciation for delicious food and exceptional coffee in our beloved seaside town.
